Melanie Romano is an absolutely amazing realtor. We had so much last minute paperwork/emergency we had to deal with and she was fantastic helping us through everything and getting it all into place. She basically became my therapist through all these issues that came up due to a rather inept loan processor (please go with her recommendations, it is so not worth it dealing with some of these companies!), as I was calling her so often with all these issues coming up. Each time she was calm, professional, and collected, there with us each step of the way making sure everything worked out well. I am so thankful for her help and support. Let me tell you about Melanie, she’s simply amazing, she dealt with our ridiculous lender around the clock. Being in different time zones is a hassle but she was always there. Making sure things were done when/how they needed to be. She dealt with ALL of our questions without hesitation and made sure were where squared away before the day ended and even on the weekends (when our terrible lender wasn’t in the office). All I’m saying is if you don’t go with Melanie Romano. You’re literally hurting yourself and your mental well-being. Buying/selling a house is stressful enough. Go with her and you’ll never be disappointed. Coming from someone who is always a Disappointment. (Just ask my dad). You’ll thank me later.
